Steps
- Go to Settings > Sales > Tips.
- Choose the default split: by service value, evenly, or custom.
- Choose who may edit a tip after payment (managers only is safest).
- Decide whether gift cards may cover tips.
At checkout, the split shows on the ticket and can be adjusted before closing. See tip splitting.
