Why a spa and nail salon edition exists
Generic point-of-sale systems are built for shops: scan a barcode, take a card, print a receipt. A nail salon is different. Two technicians work on one client, the tip has to be split fairly, walk-ins wait for whoever is next, and payday depends on commission worked out line by line. Most of that ends up on paper or in a spreadsheet.
GetSpaPOS takes mature, hosted business software and sets it up for that salon floor: the turn list on the home screen, commission and tips on every ticket, packages and memberships for spas, and screens in Vietnamese, Spanish, Korean, Arabic and Urdu as well as English.
It is one edition of the SmartPOSHub family, where each edition speaks one trade's language. For marketing automation, we also run the Beauty & Spa GHL Snapshot, which is part of the Salon Bundle.
