Privacy policy

GetSpaPOS is operated by SOHOON Technologies ("we", "us"). For privacy questions, use the contact form or the data request page.

• Forms: when you request a demo or apply as a partner, we receive what you type (name, email, phone, salon name, country, message) plus the page you sent it from and campaign tags (such as utm_source) that brought you here.
• Analytics: only if you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics records pages viewed and general device information. It stays off until you choose "Allow analytics".
• Preferences: your theme, colour, country, language and accessibility choices are stored in your own browser (local storage) and never sent to us.
• Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, time, page) for security for a short period.

To reply to your request, arrange demos, run and improve the website, keep it secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Salons using GetSpaPOS store their own business data (clients, appointments, sales, staff, payroll) in their account. The salon controls that data; we process it to provide the service, under our terms. We do not use a salon's client list for our own marketing. See security and data.

Service providers who help us run the business: our CRM (to manage demo requests), our team messaging tool (to alert staff of a new request), our hosting provider, and Google Analytics if you consent. Each receives only what it needs. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Demo and partner requests are kept while we are in contact and for up to 24 months after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Salon account data is kept for the life of the account and for the export period after cancellation stated in our terms, then deleted.

California and other US states: you may ask to know, access, correct or delete personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither). UAE: you may ask for access, correction and deletion under applicable data protection law. Pakistan: you may ask us for access and correction. Use the data request page; we will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

This website and the software are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets a higher age).

We will post any change on this page with a new "last updated" date. Significant changes to how salon data is handled will be emailed to account owners.
