Set up the walk-in turn list

Steps

1. Go to Settings > Turn list.
2. Choose the starting order: clock-in order or manual.
3. Set turn values per service (1 for most, 0.5 for polish changes).
4. Decide whether requests count as a turn.
5. Set how long a break keeps a technician’s place.

Using it

The turn list shows on the front desk home screen. Tap Add walk-in, choose the service, and the next free technician is suggested. Read our guide on fair turn list rules.
