Terms of service

GetSpaPOS is hosted point-of-sale and salon management software, sold per location as described on the pricing page, together with the optional managed website and Salon Bundle.

The trial lasts the number of days shown on the pricing page and needs no card. At the end you can choose a plan or stop; trial data is kept for the export period below.

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in your market's currency. US and Pakistan prices exclude applicable sales tax; UAE prices include 5% VAT. Prices can change with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing date. Card processing fees are charged by your payment processor, not by us.

Use GetSpaPOS lawfully. Do not attempt to break its security, resell access without a partner agreement, or use it to send unlawful messages. You are responsible for your users and for following tax, labour and consumer laws in your location.

Your business data belongs to you. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide the service. You can export it at any time and for the period after cancellation stated in the refund and cancellation policy.

We work to keep GetSpaPOS available and to fix problems quickly, but the service needs an internet connection and may have maintenance windows. Support is provided through the channels and hours on the contact page.

Payment processors, hardware, HighLevel (for the bundle's snapshot) and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. GetSpaPOS works with them but is not responsible for them.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can cancel at any time from your account; see the refund and cancellation policy. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or are unpaid, after notice where possible.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where SOHOON Technologies is established, without limiting any consumer or business protections that apply in your own country. The governing law and venue will be confirmed in your order documents.
