Refund and cancellation policy

Cancel any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not billed again. Partial months are not refunded.

Yearly plans are paid up front at the yearly price. If you cancel within the first 30 days of a yearly plan, we refund the full yearly payment. After that, you keep access until the end of the paid year.

The website setup fee covers design work. It is refundable in full if you cancel before we send the first design preview, and not refundable after.

The bundle follows the monthly or yearly rules above. Third-party costs, such as HighLevel usage or domain registration, follow the third party's own terms.

You can export your data for 30 days after cancellation. After that it is deleted from the live system and removed from backups as they rotate.

Use the contact form with your business name and account email. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under the law in your country.
