What you can ask
- Access: a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: fix anything inaccurate.
- Deletion: delete your information, unless we must keep it by law.
- Opt-out: we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you can still ask us to confirm.
How to ask
Send a request through the form below with "Data request" in your message, and say which request you are making. Salon clients whose data is stored by a salon in GetSpaPOS should contact that salon first; we will help the salon respond.
Verification
We confirm your identity by replying to the email address you give us. We may ask one more question if the request covers sensitive information.
How long it takes
We acknowledge requests within 10 business days and complete them within 45 days, as US state laws such as the CCPA require, or sooner where local law requires.
Authorized agents
An authorized agent can make a request for you with written permission.
